At hifloss we understand you want to receive your hifloss products as soon as possible. That is why we partnered with the most reliable shipment partners per country.
Delivery via PostNL
If you place your order before 10 p.m. (on business days), we strive to ship your order the same day. Your order will then be delivered within 2 days with PostNL. If it is not possible to send your package the same day, your package will be shipped the next Business day via PostNL. You will therefore always receive your order (on Business days) within two days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation of your order from us by email. Your package will be offered once to the neighbours, if you are not at home. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, you can choose to pick up at a collection point or another delivery time via “My Parcel” from PostNL. If a second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, you can pick up your package the next (business) day at the specified collection point. Note: your package will be available at this pick-up point for 7 days. After 7 days, the package will be returned to us.
